Terms of use and payment

Introduction.

Welcome to “Webby”. “Webby” is a cloud-based service that makes your work easy and planned. You must read, understand and agree to the Terms of Use and the “Webby” Privacy Policy before using services of “Webby”. These User Terms constitute the agreement between you and the “Webby”. We encourage you to review these User Terms whenever you have a question about the Service or are confused about how something works.

Acceptance of user terms.

When using the paid or free service as an entrepreneur, when visiting our website, you agree to these User Terms available at https://webby.az/en/privacyPolicy/. Additionally, you must read, agree to, and accept all terms contained or expressly stated in these Terms of Use, including Privacy Policy of “Webby”. If you do not agree to these User Terms, you must not use the services, including our website and software. Violation of any terms will result in termination of your account. Personal information and security.

In order to use the service, you must first register on the “Webby” website or mobile application. After registration, a personal profile will be created for you, and you can independently add information to your profile and log into the account. You are responsible for the completeness and regular updating of the information provided during registration.

The personal information you provide to “Webby” through the Service is governed by “Webby” Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username, password and other confidential information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user account. If unauthorized use of your user account is detected, you can send an e-mail about it to [email protected] or contact us via the link provided on the website https://webby.az. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or any third party as a result of unauthorized access, use or otherwise of your user account on the Note website and mobile application.

Payments.

Services in “Webby” are available under tariff plans for different periods. If you want to downgrade your paid tariff plan to a free tariff plan, you should contact us. Your tariff plan is not automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, but information about this is displayed within the system before the payment deadline. If you do not update your tariff plan, your access to the system will be restricted. If you do not pay within 6 months, your data in the system will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

Restrictions.

“Webby” may impose restrictions in the following cases.

• “Webby” may refuse any registration or terminate any account at any time.
• You may not use the service for any illegal activity.
• You may not use the service to distribute harmful material such as unsolicited e-mail (“spam“) or viruses.
• “Webby” reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the service without notice for any reason
• Abuse or excessive access to the “Webby” website or mobile application may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account access to the service.
• You may not use the service to obtain unauthorized information.
